About
Spinocchia Freund is a London design studio specialising in interior and architectural design, alongside brand design, for residential, hospitality and development projects. We work with private clients, boutique hoteliers and premium developers.
Spinocchia Freund has contributed to the success of super-prime residences, select developments and international hospitality destinations through a design-led and holistic approach that considers the broader identity shaping the user experience, applied with commercial rigour and financial discipline.
Our Founder and Creative Director, Brigitta Spinocchia Freund, brings over 25 years of experience in interior design at the highest level. Supported by an experienced in-house team, our highly visual and structured design methodology communicates the ambition of a space from the outset.
The studio has worked on masterplan developments for city residences and alpine, coastal and wellness destinations, collaborating with developers on integrated residential and resort environments. Spinocchia Freund delivers design for accommodation ranging from apartments and aparthotels to ultra-luxury hospitality, with accompanying leisure, wellness, retail and entertainment components structured within a cohesive framework that supports positioning, operational performance and long-term value. Acting as a strategic design partner, development objectives remain at the forefront of our thinking.
The spaces created by Brigitta and the team ensure that design ambition aligns with commercial strategy. Through this layered approach, interiors feel meaningful. The balance of craftsmanship, collectible design and collaborative works creates an emotional response. The effect has impact while delivering comfort and calm retreat in equal measure.
Brigitta’s engagement with the arts informs the studio’s direction. She is a Patron of the British Fashion Council Foundation, a judge for PAD London and Women in Art, and a sponsor of the Collect Open Prize as part of the Crafts Council’s commitment to supporting craft. Brigitta has curated exhibitions within retail environments including Dover Street Market and Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, creating dialogue between artists and commercial platforms. Her commitment to the arts has led to collaborations and commissions with both emerging and established artists, with original works and collectible design integrated directly into the studio’s projects.
